In recent months, we’ve undertaken many extra preventative measures to guarantee the general health of every guest, on top of our already stellar best practices. Our team continues to work tirelessly to ensure that each condo, house, and cabin exceeds the highest standards of cleanliness set by the CDC and the Texas Medical Board.
Enhanced Health Measures
It’s important to note that vacation rentals, unlike your typical hotel, undergo rigorous, unpredictable inspections. We take health, wellness, and cleanliness very seriously, coronavirus or not. To ensure that your family feels extra comfortable this summer (and beyond), we’ve compiled a list of ways that we’re keeping our various New Braunfels area vacation rentals clean, polished, and ready for your small group. Wiping down High-Touch Areas
This includes wiping down all door handles, electronics, light switches, drawer pulls, desk surfaces, locks, bathroom fixtures, railings, etc.
Washing Hands for 20 Seconds
Washing hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is the truest way to remain safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team always follows the CDC’s five steps. Hand sanitizer is also a quality substitute for soap and water for guests who cannot get to a faucet.
Avoiding Touching...
Your eyes, nose, ears, and mouth. Also, avoid shaking hands in all scenarios.

Who display symptoms of illness are required to seek immediate medical assistance and, of course, stay home.

Here at New Braunfels Leasing & Resorts, we utilize hospital-grade sanitizers and disinfectants throughout the entire cleaning process, which have been scientifically proven to kill the virus.
Follow the American Chemistry Council’s Lead
We strictly follow the guidelines set forth by the American Chemistry Council in terms of cleaning in commercialized settings, particularly in-between guest stays. This includes the use of antimicrobials on every possible surface, including our keyboards, desks, staplers, etc.

The coronavirus is going to change the way we travel over the coming months, perhaps years. Families, small groups, and couples will likely opt to drive instead of fly.
