Many owners provide phones for local access only. However it is not required for the vacation rental to provide a phone for guest use. We do recommend that you bring a cell phone when you come.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
NO. All units are non smoking. Any smoking found inside will result in an immediate $500.00 fine.
The majority of our rentals are no pets allowed. However we do have a few pet friendly vacation rentals with a pet fee. All pets must be authorized prior to arrival. Any unauthorized pet will result in a fine of $200.00.
River gear & tubes are not provided by the vacation properties. Guests can rent them separately from one of the many local river adventure companies.
Only monthly rentals will receive a mailbox key upon request, they are not issued automatically. Please come by the office to pick the key up.
New Braunfels Leasing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash can not be taken for any reservation.
Most of the condos & vacation homes are located directly on the Comal or Guadalupe rivers. We can help you with exact locations or driving directions, just ask!
