New Braunfels Leasing and Property Management, LLC is a third party real estate management company representing various properties owned by individual owners/investors. We opened for business in January, 2005. The office is owned and operated by Curt Leonhardt, our full-time property manager. Before going into business for himself, Curt was the property manager for Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors, Inc. in both the corporate office in San Antonio and later in New Braunfels. Prior to that, Curt was in property management handling high-rise Class A office buildings in the central business district of Houston, TX with Cushman and Wakefield, Inc. at their central business office in Houston. So we come with vast property management experience.

 

In the summer of 2007 we entered the resort property management business, with a few resort units, and have been steadily growing ever since. We are able to offer an assortment of various properties for the vacation guest. We feel a key to our success is that we treat everyone with respect and appreciation.

 

 

We are an experienced property management company, and though experience is important, it is still all about service. As Curt said, "we understand it's not as much about how much you know, but more about how much you care." Our goal is to treat each customer with the utmost professionalism and integrity - the level of service one would expect from a professional property management company, but we do it with a friendly down-home, small-town touch.
