Events

Our guests often visit New Braunfels for one of the many local events that take place throughout the year. Because of the town's rich German history and small-town Texas charm, there are a wide variety of events and entertainment to enjoy. Local festivals fill the main plaza with amazing live music, great wine and beer, delicious food, handmade local goods, and of course - great people.

Among the most popular festivals is Wurstfest which takes place in November and celebrates german "Wurst" in a "Ten Day Salute to Sausage". The Wein and Saengerfest brings out all who love beer and wine, and the Folkfest celebrate the family heritage and Texas history. The Comal County fair is the oldest and largest in Texas - you cannot miss it if you come in late September!

We value our community and believe in supporting our local businesses - and the local events that take place in Braunfels are a large part of bringing people together to celebrate that community.
